  • Assisted multiple financial institutions with the implementation of CECL (ASU No. 2016-13), including assessing impact on accounting policies and business processes, identifying gaps between current state and future state requirements, drafting business requirements, and development of an implementation roadmap.
  • Assisted financial institutions with their ESG program by conducting materiality assessments and peer benchmarking to enhance corporate ESG strategy, mitigate risks and identify business opportunities, and draft implementation roadmaps.
