Reading, writing, Yoga, dancing, running

I love to read non-fiction books about real people and rea1 accomplishments. Books that motivate and inspire me to do better and be better.

Yoga and gym classes have been my passion for many years for the physical strength and mental balance.

Dancing is such fun! The balance and strength acquired from this activity gives me peace of mind.

I run every other day then every other day I exercise at the gym.

I am doing all I know to do to stay strong and keep my mind sound all if my life.
