PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP

Trained/Mentored Clinical and Clerical staff working in the Heart, Lung and Renal transplant program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and VA Hospital to use the Transplant Information Electronic Data Interchange software (TIEDI) from UNOS (United Network of Organ Sharing). Created and implemented the very first Telecommuting/Remote job position in Vanderbilt's Renal Transplant program in 1999.
