Built and developed relationship between home office employees and agents across the state of Oklahoma Trained agents on new products, quoted and sold insurance in the agencies when called upon to work those agencies. Organized and promoted several written premium contests for the agent force. Traveled with agents to state events and activities. Delivered company items to local agents and to the home office. Also, worked numerous organization booths at various farm and/or trade shows. I also appointed new agents and agencies in the state of Arkansas and Texas as MGAs.

Reviewed and issued policies for the agent force.  Sent underwriting memos when needed and requested additionally information. Traveled and visited and trained agents on the computer system and any updates as needed.

Traveled the west part of Oklahoma visiting, encouraging and training agents for AFR. Delivered informational items, worked in an agency when needed and disciplined an agent when needed.   I also worked numerous farm and trade show booths.
