Sometimes Supers are on vacation or in a meeting and I do receive calls form foreman and help as much as I can. I have a great working relationship with the supervisors and with my workers. The advantage of having done every job from soaper to excavator operator, has given me the opportunity to be in My mind the best Forman I can be as far as field decisions. Having been in each position I know the safety hazards, the errors that can occur as far as quality and the most productive way to get the job done safely and efficiently.

- Was promoted to foreman and took over Omar HernanHernandez's crew
- Started on a tough job at Pearson Grove, was lead foreman for Costco job, GVR Filing 3, Sky Ranch.

- I started working as a operator digging for mainline for a year. General Superintendent Steve Gray found out I have experience setting boulders for drop structures. Decided moved me to do channel work for a couple years. Moved back to mainline after finishing a couple big channel jobs. Steve Gray sent me to run mainline excavator for his brother.

- started as a soaper/manhole man for Ernesto Amparan who was the foreman
- worked my way up to be competent person and run crew for when Ernesto would take vacation. ran Loader for 2years for Ernesto and would run his second excavator when needed.
- In 2010 I was a promoted to a excavator and ran it for a year for Carlos Munoz' crew
- In 2011 - 2014 I was promoted to foreman and started as a short crew foreman and became a long crew foreman after about half a year.
