I am a third generation Equipment Operator ,my Grandfather and Father were both in there own business! I pride myself on an outstanding Work Ethic and enjoy my Career choice! I started off on the Ground and earned my Seat , from the shovel to the cab. I have 20 years of Safe and Productive Small and big Dozer Experience , Proficient with Top Con and Trimble GPS ! Can build and Layout my own Cross Slopes Balancing Flex Base for Blue Tops in front of the Grader! As well as Finishing Sub Grades To Plus or minus a .10. Also Familiar with Lime and Soil Stabilizations through Proctors and Density working with Field Techs to ensure Specs are met as needed! Coming From a 42 year veteran of the Underground Utility Field my Father, I have held a Mainline seat for 8 years as well as a Class A Production title for most of my experience! There as well starting off in the hole and working my way to the machine! I'm 45 years Old and have learned there's so much more to learn about life and making it a great success both on and off the job! Safety is always first and conducting myself as an Excellent example to Reflect these practices is a Commitment to both my team and Co workers ! i look forward to Joining a Strong team with Great leadership and Safety Practices both on and off the field.
