Oversee multicultural summer internship program. Responsible for recruiting, approving, training and real time mentorship. Also hosted 12-14 US based teams that traveled to Mexico to work with Shoulder to Shoulder (STS). Responsible for communication and relationship building with teams pre-arrival in country. While team was on the ground assisted with orientation, money exchange, scheduling of activities, transportation and coaching for team and its leadership. Also, serve on the board of STS. Developed depth of relationship with US partners and captured new partnerships.

Managed lab activities for Pharma team. Trained sales and marketing forces as well as new employees and contract workers. Performed various application testing; ordered materials; installed and maintained equipment; took initiative to keep lab and team running efficiently and productively.

Installed, populated and maintained SAP systems essential to testing of batch samples, components, and finished goods.

Initiated and oversaw the college and young adults ministry that impacted over 80 students yearly. Discipled young men and women and encouraged them in roles to serve in the church body. Visited and communicated with students away at college and encouraged them to find a home in local church. Led a yearly missions trip to Mexico for upcoming freshmen as well as a yearly trip for the college ministry.

Chemical lab position working with R&D projects for the textile industry. Performed application testing and reported results to scientists.
