Responsible for training new and existing associates on the standardized work using the 5-step training model while meeting daily production requirements. Also conduct and document competency based formal and informal observations to maintain work execution and develop the reconditioning associates.

Facilitates the direction of work and disseminates tasks to Reconditioning Associates in the areas of zone maintenance, prep for delivery, vehicle receiving, inventory transfers, scanning and reconciliation of inventory, and vehicle movement on and off lot.
