Pending Ascension for Special Operations Group Chief Enlisted Manager

· 3x function as team manager as GG-0132-12 (ART) while supervisory position was vacant. Conducted and directed Year-long developmental projects and functioned as the Wing senior representative for Intelligence analysis and program management. Developed standards and planning for all Officer and Enlisted training. Provided both GS-11 and GS-12 responsibilities for 23 months achieving an outstanding inspection rating.

· Manage 302d Operations Group Security program; process, track and implement security procedures, clearances and corrective actions for 302 OG, OSS and 731 Airlift Squadron, and 32d Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron. Develop and manage unit PERSEC and INFOSEC program for all members of 302OG staff and OSS; process SCI-level reinvestigation 300 Reserve members.

· Manage production of all-source intelligence, imagery analysis/remote sensing requests, order-of-battle studies and analytical briefings for 1400+ Wing members. Evaluate, research, interpret, analyze & disseminate intelligence information to 450 leadership elements and aircrew to prepare for pre-mission, deployment, and threat intelligence

· Manage enlisted intelligence analysis training and ensured 100% of enlisted achieve skill-level upgrades IAW timelines outlined in AFI 33-2201 and 1N0 CFETP. Developed and planned professional development plan for all 12x NCOs and 1x SNCO. 8x NCO and 4x SNCO OAY awards presented to the unit.

· Directed Domestic Imagery Operations for wildfire response. Coordinated open source imagery for 200+ National Guard Personnel and firefighters. Tracked fire lines and hotspots for National Guard On-Scene Commanders for personnel tasking.

· Conducts imagery analysis of target area; precision coordinates for targeting, aim point development Precision coordinate, Battle & Collateral Damage Assessment and Weaponeering Certified

· Develop target system analysis program for Tactical and Strategic threat systems. Coordinated requirements with 363d ISRG, AOC and national agencies to develop Target Materials

· Provided collaboration with Combatant Commands and Civilian agencies to produce command level assessments for operation planning and target prioritization. Conducted Target validation and for Combatant Commands and AOC tasking

· Managed $4,250,000 for Group and subordinate unit funds; maintain and distribute Annual and Proficiency days, POC for accounting and purchases, contracts for $280,000 in MILPERS and $768,000 in O&M Funds

· Lead Flight of 14 members to develop internal squadron training program for 87 personnel. Managed training for Imagery Analysis, Collateral Damage Evaluation, Battle Damage Assessment, and Precise Point Mensuration for precision munitions, landing and drop zones; PPM Certified.

· Directed monthly and annual training plans for three Geospatial Analyst specialization and five targeting functions to include mission currency, exercise planning, threat briefing and specialized system training. Direct creation of 9 Qualification Training and 6 Training blocks that are used by all 363d ISRG units; trained members from over 75 member from six states

· Represented the Air National Guard at Target Training development working groups for Targeting IFTU, Intermediate Target Development and Advanced Targeting courses

· Daily preparation and analysis of threat and combatant intelligence for the 138th Fighter Wing

· Analyzed and briefed threats and capabilities of Soviet/Russian and Chinese tactical and Strategic air assets, naval capabilities and power projection

· Tracked threat movements in the AOR and provided situational awareness to operational commanders based on Coalition ISR assets and Non-traditional ISR reports of EEIs

· Trained combat identification of military and civilian aircraft; prepared mission planning materials for Pilots in Alertstatus in preparation of major event aerial over-watch missions

· Counter-IED Intelligence:

· All source Intelligence collections, analysis and reporting; 101st Airborne, 2-505 82nd Airborne, 1st Cavalry, and 5th Infantry Division. FOB Brassfield-Mora, IZ

· Coordinate Intelligence flow from MNC-I assets to AO CC

· Collaborated with Joint forces transfer of Intelligence data from MNC-I field forces to IED Exploitation Center (CEXC) in support of Combined Task Force Troy

· Combined forensic, operational and human analysis to creation operational threat pictures to influence decision makers in AOR to increase IED awareness

· Training and Instruction:

· Train AIF Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures to US Army, Marine Corps, and Coalition and Iraqi Army and National Police on counter IED methods

· Instruct IED and explosive hazard avoidance, reaction and on-scene post-blast control and reaction operations

· Operational Planning Advisement:

· Provide time sensitive intelligence products to Battalion CC Tactical Planning Session and recommend Counter-Insurgency Intelligence based course of action

· Provided Counter IED analytical prospective to Command Course of Action development; threat awareness and possible enemy COA and future engagements

· Forensic Collection:

· Provide pre and post-blast on-scene explosive forensic collection and prosecution utilizing on-scene IED exploitation and analysis

· Collaborated with Combined Explosive Ordinance Disposal technician experience with Intelligence analysis to give Operational and Tactical level battlespace awareness to tactical mission planners

· Collect latent and patent fingerprint using Biometric Analyst Tool System (BAT) as well as conducting detainee interrogation and post-mortem biometrics collection
