• Assist in identification, development, and finalization of internal Standard Operating Procedures and Contingency Plans
• Prepare for date of beneficial occupancy and coordinate stakeholder familiarization training, equipment training, testing, and trials required for a smooth transition to opening and operating the facilities

• Responsible for the oversight and management of the external and internal tenant request process in relation to all construction projects at Pittsburgh International Airport and Allegheny County Airport
• This includes, but is not limited to, identifying key external and internal stakeholders, engaging and gathering input from all applicable stakeholders on every request received, attending pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, serving as the PA One Call Coordinator and performing utility locations, and working with the local municipalities to ensure zoning and permitting compliance
• Serve as the Engineering Department Liaison and project manager for the Microgrid Commissioning project with coordination and facilitation of meetings, coordinating with stakeholders’ schedules for each stage requiring utility outages, providing notification of these utility outages, gathering and managing feedback, working with contractors and ACAA trades to troubleshoot discrepancies, identifying and resolving conflicts, and developing and executing ICS Plans
• Other duties include performing safety inspections and other inspections to ensure conformance to the zoning codes and construction documents and specifications
• Provide coordination and oversight of wayfinding signage procurement and installation throughout ACAA property and in the terminals
• Also responsible for working with internal and external staff, laborers, and contractors to ensure all ACAA safety practices and policies are strictly followed

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of seven building trade group employees
• Duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring high quality and safe completion of routine maintenance and internal construction and remodeling projects, as well as overseeing multiple on-call contracts managed by the ACAA Facilities Maintenance Department
• Attending and/or facilitating preconstruction meetings for ACAA construction and Fraport construction projects
• Served as project manager of internal construction projects such as the Greenspace Conference Center, Temporary KidsPort, 2018 China Ready, and ACAA Sensory Room
• Acting as a liaison between ACAA and outside contractors and vendors
• Serving on various ACAA committees such as the Utilities Committee, Safety Committee, and Sustainability Committee

Elected position, serving an approximate 24-square mile first class township within Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Elected Vice President of the board in 2014. Oversaw the Public Safety, Public Works, and Personnel Committees. Appointed as liaison to the South Hills Council of Governments.

• Develop, coordinate, and administer programs to facilitate workplace safety in accordance with applicable OSHA and FAA standards
• Provide assistance to the ACAA Fire Department and CONSOL Energy to implement the 'Absolute Zero' safety program on ACAA property
• Work closely with multiple maintenance departments and the Workers Compensation Insurance Company to investigate and review workplace incidents and injuries to identify and mitigate job hazards
• Perform ergonomic analysis of workstations and work areas to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate alternatives of work place facilities, equipment, and practices

• Responsibilities included fielding, documenting, and dispatching all emergency and non-emergency calls for service on airport property
• Monitored, documented, and investigated public safety activity using the CCURE Access Control System, Honeywell EBI System, and over 400+ CCTV cameras
