  • Provided Tier 2 Support to Verizon internal and external customers and application developers, onshore and offshore, to implement and integrate a new enterprise purchase order process with a new financial system as a part ongoing Enterprise Resource Planning process
  • Audited users’ security roles as well as legacy purchase orders migrated to the new system
  • Performed as the Scrum Master for the production environment within the Agile framework, ensuring that fixes and enhancements promoted to production were in adherence to regulations and Verizon policies
  • Worked with the stakeholders and the development team to prioritize and direct work efforts for enhancements as well as corrections
  • As the Purchase Order subject matter expert, investigated issues, performed root cause analysis, implemented corrective actions with the development team as I worked to resolve the users’ issues
  • I worked closely with all the markets nationwide to ensure information flowed both ways to all the represented markets.

Volunteer Experience

First Baptist Church, Sunday School teacher, 1999, Taught middle school and older elementary children, 4-6th grade, since 1999. Weekly volunteer. Taught both large and small groups, adhered to security policies, including periodic background checks and student/children safety practices. Also served as a Vacation Bible School volunteer, primarily worked on the rally team, and as a substitute teacher. I also serve a couple Sundays a month on the church tech team supporting the live stream broadcast of the worship service.
