• On a second occasion I refused to let a patron in because I could tell he was high and he gave me a bad feeling in my gut, I also knew he was a gang banger and not a regular of the club. As I turned my back on him to shut the door all i could here him say was "come here you white mother ****** I turned and saw the large kitchen knife in his hand I attempted to shut the door and lock it however he was much larger and stronger than me and ripped it out of my hands I fell back and hit my head on the mail cabinet I was seeing stars he approached me with the knife as if to stick it into my neck. I pulled out my Sig p226 and emptied a clip into him he fell backward and slumped against the wall I hit him 4 times in the stomach and chest Once in his hand and twice in his throat And 3 times in his face. I immediately called the police and the came and pronounced him dead on the scene. No charges were filed against me because I acted in self defense. There was 1.4m dollars in the game room at the time of this robbery attempt. Once the investigation was over and I had been interrogated by APD I was free to leave.
