• Managed day to day security operations at Energy Square, Dallas, consisting of three Class A high rises as well as an historical high rise and an “annex”.

• SWAT Operator; breacher, sniper, ballistic shield operator, less lethal operator, hands on team leader, and point operator. Roles depended on specific mission needs.
• Performed pre event site survey and tactical operation plan.
• Conducted post operation assessments and prepared paperwork detailing events of the operations.
• Acted as SWAT Team Commander as needed due to illness/ injury/ unavailability of assigned commander On a regular basis.

Primary Instructor:

• Responsible for training new and existing Deputies.
• Conducted "Mini Academy" training for all new hires to include physical fitness, use of force, firearms, patrol tactics, tactical operations, Active Shooter Response, defensive tactics, ballistic shield, less lethal munitions, JPX, traffic procedures, and criminal interdiction.

Proactive Criminal Interdiction Deputy:

• Pilot program initially focused on local issues and community response, investigations of all scale and scope, analytics, surveillance, and report writing.
• Initiated the Kaufman County Sheriff's Office gang program. Brought the agency into compliance with State of Texas regulations regarding gang member tracking and entries.
• Processed and disseminated gang and crime information to the patrol division to enhance proactive patrols in high crime areas.
