• Conducted due-diligence and field investigations of NGOs to support the selection process for HCL Grant.

• Executed a comprehensive market assessment to enhance employment skills for rural youth, focusing heavily on rural girls in a rural district. Led the recruitment and supervision of field employees, interviewed employers and skill development agencies to gather data. Analyzed quantitative and qualitative information to document findings and offered insightful recommendations.
• Provided consultation on communication materials and conducted seminars to raise awareness about hygiene and reproductive health in slum communities.

• Pioneered the implementation of the IMNCI program, addressing preventable child mortality and morbidity in one of India's most economically disadvantaged regions.
