Summary

Lead engineer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for maintaining and supporting the ATT mobility network infrastructure and all supporting equipment. This included providing support to the production team engineers and addressing any issues encountered. This also included training junior engineers on any new addition and/or upgrades of new equipment or features that were introduced into the network. Responsible for developing, testing and writing technical documentation MOPs in support of several different projects that had to be managed simultaneously and seen through to final End User Testing before release for BAU production work. Responsibilities also included being a Subject Matter Expert which included having to advise on upcoming projects which involved working with other upstream\downstream organizations to ensure a seamless transition and successful completion was accomplished. Worked with coding developers, Tier 3 support and Labs personnel to ensure a successful end product was delivered to customer which could both internal and\or external customers.
