Accomplishments

  • Established all switch, SS7, SIP, customer and routing translations for Neutral Tandem, now Inteliquent first switch sites in Chicago, New York and Detroit
  • At Neutral Tandem, i was asked to be the Director of the Network Operations Center to lower the Mean Time To Restore (MTTR) customer issues.. When i first took the position the MTTR was over 8hrs per ticket. I was tasked to get down to 4hrs in 90 days. In 90 days it was lowered to 2.5hrs per ticket
