Summary

Dedicated Electrical Serviceman experienced in initiating and performing a wide range of equipment and system repairs for Utility customers. Skilled at reading and following blueprints, diagnosing problems and operating equipment safely. Looking to bring 34 years' experience to a permanent position at Linetec. Served at various times as safety chairman, guest instructor at lineman apprentice training, Smith Driving instructor and Ergonomics Champion for Arkansas (being the only one to complete the CBES certification). At one time I volunteered to train all the apprentices on how to install URD services so they would know the safe way to do the job, since I had worked in Little Rock and the others did not have the experience. I learned to try to keep things consistent and as simple as possible in order to keep everyone engaged. This included safety.
