  • Accomplishments: During the 2nd Quarter of 2004 closed multi-million-dollar deal with MasterCard
  • This was a complex deal involving formation and negotiation of a channel partnership with MasterCard
  • Deal included negotiation of revenue sharing, marketing, sales and ongoing support of 25,000 MasterCard member banks including the largest banks nationally and internationally
  • During the MasterCard engagement worked with the US Secret Service and Federal Bureau of Investigation on internet theft of credit card accounts
  • We were successful in finding, disabling and recovering millions of credit card numbers and identities stolen by internet thieves around the world
  • Spent considerable time in the Secret Services lab in DC working with agents analyzing forensics and theft patterns of 3rd world country cyber thieves
  • Participated in all Global Security Symposiums held by MasterCard, worldwide, for members
  • Worked closely with US Secret Service and FBI
  • Spoke at Symposiums on Identity Theft and Anti-Phishing and held presentations to members in breakout sessions
  • Working with CSO, CIO in all of the Top 100 Financial Institutions in the world
  • Subsequently closed deals with HSBC, MBNA, AOL, GE Consumer Finance, Commerce Bank, Garanti Bankas (Istanbul), Westpac (Sydney AU).
