As a business development executive in the advertising space I became quite versed in producing my own solutions to build business. This experience really elevated my natural entrepreneurial drive. So I left my previous job at The Napoleon Group ( A global art and animation company ) to start Howdy Partner. Parlaying that experience I took on a Creative Director - Editor as a partner and started Howdy Partner LLC. An art & animation company specializing in storyboard art and animatics for testing. We adopted a freelance business model and this allowed us to operate remotely and with globally competitive pricing.

In this role I was able to utilize a wide variety of my skills. Time, team and projects management. Sales and marketing strategy. Business development and relationship management.

I currently hold this position but sense a volatile change about to happen in the ad agency space. This change has to do with the implementation of AI into the commercial production workflow. I anticipate that could possibly have a tremendous impact on companies like mine so I'm exploring taking on my next big challenge before this anticipated change becomes common place in this industry.

I'm searching for an opportunity to find a company/team to join that values my experience and insight and can challenge me to continue to grow and learn.

As the Director of Business Development. I managed a small team tasked with implementing the company's sales and marketing strategy, which I was in charge of designing as well.

We expanded the company reach from 5 regional markets in 2007 when I joined the team, to 17 national markets and 7 international markets by 2013 under my leadership.

I joined this company as an Account executive, then became their New Business Manager and as we continued to grow I created and stepped into the role of Director of Business development.

I managed between 6 and 8 million dollars in revenue in my role as Director and left this job in late 2016 to start Howdy Partner LLC.
