With 19 years of Roofing experience in Local 30 and in The City Of Philadelphia's Water Department of Facilities Management I've had the privilege to work for United States Roofing Corp, EDA Contractors Inc, Belcher Roofing Corp, Aetna Roofing Corp & Saling Roofing and Installing Built-up Roof Systems such as Tremco Product Applications, EPDM Rubber Roofing, Sarnafil PVC Heat Weld, Hot Modified Bitumen, Cold Process Modified Bitumen & Blueskin Waterproofing. The time I've spent at Roofers Local 30 I went through the apprenticeship program (4) years and became a Journeyman Roofer. During my journeyman years I spent (1) year as a second hand and (3) as a Foreman (10-12 man crew). Since being with the Philadelphia Water Department Facilities Management and starting out as a Foremen of the roofing crew (10 man crew), spending (5) years in that position. Entering my (6) year I was promoted to Roofing Group Superintendent, leading the entire Roofing Division and Capital Projects (Exterior Work Team). In 2023 I joined Weather Proofing Technologies/Tremco as a Construction Manager.
