This position grants me the privilege of working side by side with a licensed hvac business owner which allows me to increase my skill set with Rough ends, change outs and low voltage short circuits. Became more proficient with accessing duct needs and placement, cutting plenums and hanging duct. This position also allows me to increase and maintain my interpersonal skills by communicating with home owners and builders. I have also become more proficient and neat with wiring and electrical needs. More importantly this position is challenging physically and mentally which helps me grow as a technician and a person.

• Conducted maintenance service on HVAC systems to increase life expectancy of equipment and prevent costly repair work.
• Performed troubleshooting on HVAC systems to determine root cause of issues.
• Repaired and replaced motors, bearings and belts and serviced preventative maintenance contracted customers
• Repaired or replaced Carrier heating and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential customers.
• Consulted with project management during group installations.
• Supplied technical assistance to customers over phone using simple troubleshooting techniques.

• Service HVAC and food Equipment
• Job requirements include
• Install compressors, evaporators, motors, parts and piping as well as mechanical/electrical controls, Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on Ice Machines, HVAC systems and various food equipment,document all maintenance/repair actions and manage equipment records ,Troubleshoot breakdowns and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems and components; utilize measuring and testing instruments such as manifold gauges, multimeters, manometers and psychrometers
• Often work for third party management companies that require work to be done under their specifications
• These management companies often times represent retail stores and assisted living homes.Delivered outstanding customer service as main point of contact for project inquiries; achieved 100% quality service rating in random client surveys

• Operate powered equipment such as mowers, blowers and weed eaters,electric clippers, and pruning saws and edgers
• Mow and edge lawns using powers and edgers
• Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding and trimming and edging flower beds walks and walls
• Use hand tools such as such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge and bush trimmers and axes
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs and hedges using shears, pruners or chain saws

• Organize count and stack parcels in a timely fashion
• Load truck trailers with packages, examining packages for defects
