• As a member of the Technical Committee for a proposed bank, I participated in organizing and fulfilling the technical requirements necessary to establish a Microfinance Bank and obtaining an operating license for it to begin operations.
• Our responsibilities encompassed defining the vision and mission, setting goals and objectives, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing the business plan.
• Additional tasks included recruiting initial personnel, developing the operational policy manual, raising initial capital through public share offerings, and compiling all required registration documents necessary for the bank's legal incorporation.

• Reviewed and developed a new Constitution for the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches in Nigeria with the abbreviation in Hausa (TEKAN) group of Churches which was adopted and implemented by the Executive Committee of the Fellowship.
