Duties included:

• Creating, designing, and implementing elements that optimized user interaction and shaped user-centric experiences with the StealthPath product suite to establish confidence in the product suite as an intuitive, easy-to-configure, easy-to-use, and easy-to-maintain solution.
• Working with software engineers, database architects/developers, and IT and defending ideas among a team of practical, minimalistic, structured engineers.

Was the Lead UX Designer on the redesign of a complex U.S. Department of State crisis management application. This high-profile project was intended to create a system that would:

1.Improve the process of creating and maintaining Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) that posts around the world use in times of crisis.

2.Allow stakeholders, both at post and in Washington, to effectively communicate and collaborate during

the EAP creation process.

3.Ensure that the proper level of security is maintained for all EAP content.

4.Present EAP output to users in a sensible and structured way.
