- Field Training Officer - Assigned this role in 2013 I trained new Flight Nurses and Flight Paramedics during a 6 weeks orientation on the aircraft I was responsible for ensuring protocols were learned, the new hire became proficient with all equipment on the aircraft, the new hire became proficient with the location of supplies on the aircraft, ensure documentation was appropriately performed, ensure daily operations around the base were performed, and ensured the safety aspect of working around and on an aircraft were achieved At the end of the six week orientation, it was my determination whether the flight personnel could be released
- Lead Field Training Officer/ Administrator on call - I served in this role from 2015 to 2017 I was responsible for implementing and overseeing the training for all new Flight Personnel in the Air Division I was responsible for the field training officers and ensuring they were adhering to the role as an FTO I was responsible for the scenario-based testing for the air division interview process I implemented a testing process that would accurately grade each individuals performance during a simulated scene response and inter-facility transport I was responsible for providing monthly education to the air division to maintain proficiency in the skills and knowledge expected as flight personnel I served as an on duty supervisor ensuring daily operations of the air division were being met
