*Drive the the airport to pick up incoming diplomatic shipment (Pouches and DPO)

* Sorting and processing them classify the contents of the received shipment according to the sections and the names of the customers.

* Register parcels in the customer directory and send a message to let them know that the mail is ready.

*Start delivery following the order of arrival until the end of the day.

*Received Express mails from DHL,FedEx and UPS, distributed them to customers.

*Proceed with customer clearance of incoming shipment , which has passed through customs.

* Maintain files for all airways bills and invoices for balances with the financial department.

*Control the movement of all outgoing and incoming shipment , and compare their arrival and delivery times to choose the best carrier.
