Conclusion

For 30 years I was  employed with CoreCivic. During this time I served in every capacity in the security department and operations. I served as a Chief of Unit Management and as a Chief of Security, and Assistant Warden of facility Operations before my retirement from corrections in April 2024,

I had worked at the Crowley County Correctional Facility for over 15 years and completely know and understand the operations of the facility to include the history of why particular protocols and procedures are currently in place.

I show longevity and commitment to my career. During my time being employed by Lewis Nut and Bolt I have found that my career and ethical values align with Lewis's company core values.
