Loyal and dependable. Started at Liquor Mart in June of 2018. First raise was given about a month and a half later then promoted to Night Shift Manager as of January 1st, 2019. No matter the obstacle or situation, from under-staffing to injury on the job and showing up the next day, I stepped up to fulfill what was needed and fulfill the obligation. Working six days a week for a year and a half then alternating five days one week and six the next for another year to a year and a half and now to five days a week after finally finding and training employees that can be trusted to get the job done and done correctly. I trained for a job such as this my entire high-school career, I am mechanically inclined and I am wasting the skills I have to offer by working in retail. I enjoy the job and the people I have got to meet and make connections with but it was not meant to be long-term, it just turned out that way. I would like to step into the field once again, put my skills to use and with the proper training and guidance I see myself making a career out of what I love to do and be one of the best assets to your company and your team.
