My job here was to identify different types of pest like, rodents, insects, termites, etc... as well as locate the source of the problems. I throughly explained the treatment before performing it and afterwards always followed up with the customer on what all I did around their home via door tag and text message. I had to communicate with the customer throughout the entire service so I have to have great communication skills as it's apart of the job and also gave me the opportunity to make more money by selling service plans. As a pest control tech safety is a big top priority as you are dealing with some harmful insects and chemicals so I stayed on top of all my safety protocols while on the job.

When I worked at old dominion freight line my job was to Safely loaded and unload trucks using appropriate forklift attachments, reducing the risk of accidents or injuries. I kept the warehouse clean and organized by removing debris and returning unused pallets to designated areas. I Improved warehouse efficiency by skillfully operating forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials. I wrapped pallets in plastic wrap and attached merchandise tags to prepare for shipping. I operated equipment safely and efficiently to prevent damage to items and avoid injuries. I coordinated with supervisors to prioritize tasks, ensuring the most urgent shipments were processed first. I transported goods between warehouse locations according to shipment and storage needs. I maneuvered forklift safely using appropriate load rates and maintaining clear visibility of work areas. I operated forklift in compliance with OSHA guidelines and organizational policies. I minimized product damage through careful maneuvering and transporting of fragile items.

My accomplishments there were that I had no accidents in my time there, I kept up with quota every day, I met my deadlines every time.
