As Senior Director of Administration Operations, I work to develop and implement strategies and mitigate risks to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity across three main departments: Cherokee Nation Marshal Service, Justice Services, and Department of Public Safety. These departments consist of sworn law enforcement professionals, emergency services, dispatch communications, and administrative staff.
I seek out and attend national conferences to identify new equipment and technology individually related to the above three departments.
I develop new vendors in regards to new technology, contracts, repair, and maintenance of existing equipment, and report back to the Marshal of my findings and implementation.
I make use of my hands-on background and certifications in multiple technical fields, as well as my educational degree in Engineering, to bridge the communication gap between professional technicians and administrative leaders.
I am currently responsible for managing a multimillion-dollar group of assets, including all manners of vehicles, including electric, diesel, and gas-powered.

I also fostered new relationships with our federal and state partners on behalf of the Marshal Service when needed.
Managed the organization's financial resources and operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

I supervised all types of day-to-day operations and emergency developments within the Cherokee Nation's jurisdiction, including political demonstrations, search and rescue missions, dive operations, special operations team (SWAT), special applications branch (High Risk Situations), emergency management, and other high-profile community events involving dignitaries.
I was responsible for employee evaluations, performance reviews, promotions, disciplinary actions, recruitment, and retention of approximately 40 employees.
