- Managed the organization's financial resources and operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recruited, trained, mentored, evaluated, coached, reorganized, and managed staff members to ensure success in achieving their goals.
- Evaluated existing programs for improvement opportunities with creative problem solving, while identifying and training staff for new legal developments within the Tribe, State, and Federal Jurisdictions.
