• Managed the setup and maintenance of 9 Ricoh Digital Web Presses in a laboratory setting. Activities encompassed routine tasks such as changing paper rolls and adhering to predetermined daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Maintained an accurate inventory of all printing supplies and materials.
• Adjust color balance to ensure consistency in printed material.

Receive PDF files from our in house Graphic Designers, Preflight and manipulate files using Fuji XMF PDF workflow and Adobe Acrobat, impose (Fuji XMF) and make proofs, making plates with a Screen Platesetter for the presses. Responsibilities also include operating Mimaki JV33-16 60" Wide Format printer using various substrates for banners and posters for marketing trade shows and business. I also have experience with Ricoh 9210 color and 8320 B/W digital printers.

Responsible for all maintenance on all pre press plate processors, plate setter and Wide Format printers.

• Received print quote request forms from customers and sales staff, and utilized the EFI software to an accurate estimate for the customer.
• Obtained bids from vendors and subcontractors to make cost-effective selections.
