As the Preceptor, I conduct training & sign off on monthly clinical competencies with RN's and MA.

I am the Proficiency Deliverer, where I do training and sign off on new Concentra employee's and Annual training for Drug Screen & Breath Alcohol Testing.

Currently certified in CAOHC and NIOSH for Audio testing and Pulmonary Function Testing.

Keep Medical and Office supplies in sufficient stock my monitoring levels and submitting replenishment orders before depleted.

Prepare all surveillance paperwork & pull charts for each days physicals.

Competent at taking Health History, vitals, vision testing, Audios, blood draws, ECG's, PFT's, TB testing, injections.

Vitals, physical exams, blood draws, injections, urine drug screens, audiograms, ECG's, dispensing medications, PFT's, Allscripts EHR softwware.

Filled in for supervisor several times per month to run a team of 13.

Followed verbal instruction & written planograms for merchandise reset.
