Worked as needed as a Medical Social Worker for Innovated Home Health.


When I worked at Lutheran Social Services I ran the program for Illinois Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.  I was in charge of accreditations for this program and succeeded every time they came to make sure we were following their guidelines.


I also was in charge of recruiting perspective foster parents, trained and licensed them.


I was in charge of admissions to the program for Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.  


I assisted the Director with budgets, training new staff and new supervisors.


I taught first aid and CPR for new workers and foster parents.
