- Leads the Young Adults Ministry including the coordination of weekly meetings, retreats, one-on-one discipleship, etc.
- Oversees the budget for both the Worship Ministry and the Young Adult Ministry and manages all spending
- Plans, schedules, leads, and coordinates the operation of joint quarterly multicultural worship services (Spanish, English, Kinyarwanda, Portuguese, etc.)
