  • Managed a $3.5M project involving the removal of 475 workstations and the build-out of 750 new workstations on 4 occupied floors for a major financial client on a tight 8 weekend schedule
  • Directed the space planning initiative for a large financial firm to consolidate 4 departments onto 2 newly constructed floors
  • Managed space planning, furniture installation and small construction projects in lab and office areas for several pharmaceutical firms including Biogen, Sanofi Genzyme and EMD Serono
  • Managed a $6M, 500,000 sf
  • Re-carpet project on 18 floors of a high-rise building for a large insurance company
