I first began volunteering for the city in 2009 at just three years old, helping with the City of Oxnard Christmas parades until I was ten. After that, I continued giving back to the community by volunteering at the City of Oxnard Breakfast with Santa when I was younger for a few years and the City of Oxnard Tamale Festival from 2013 to 2016, as well as at the City of Oxnard Insect Festival, and the CAL PAL Soccer Tournament in 2022. More recently, I’ve volunteered at the Backpack Distribution in 2022 and the Fun Fest, continuing my long-standing involvement in the community.
