• Operated a variety of equipment, including cash registers, scanners, and fuel pumps, and ensured that all equipment was in good working order by reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor
• Assisted with inventory management by conducting regular counts of products and supplies, placing orders for additional items as needed, and monitoring product expiration dates to ensure that all items were fresh and available for sale
• Worked collaboratively with other cashiers, supervisors, and team members to ensure that all tasks were completed efficiently and effectively, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Processed cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently for customers purchasing fuel, snacks, and other items at a busy gas station
• Provided excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

The workshop lasts for 8 weeks, with each week focusing on a specific topic: water, energy, chemicals, waste, food, and shopping.

The course takes up to three months to finish. Topics covered include revenue, expenses, postings, trial balances, QuickBooks, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements.
