• Developed the Enterprise Technology Management and Governance (ETMG) Framework which transformed ICF’s technology services into a modern, well-governed core feature of the company.
• Received the 2022 Women of Color STEM Award for New Media / IT Leadership in recognition of the development of the ETMG Framework.
• Successfully delivered solutions for medium to large complex deals, the largest deal won valued at $3.3 billion (U.S. Dept of State’s Visa Application Program).
• Re-architected and re-engineered Best Buy’s Geek Squad Solution, turning around an “at-risk” project and achieving a 12-point improvement in customer satisfaction. This resulted in savings of over $1 million.
• Consolidated 70 global data centers to 5 (NA, Latin America, Asia, Europe, Australia) through the Assurant Technology Optimization (ATO) Program.
• Architected $200k NFIP Private Flood Insurance solution, handling 250,000 policy premiums totaling $230 million.
• Led a $16 million email migration initiative from email migration from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Office 365.
• Architected Amazon’s $31 million Global Warranty (GW) Program, covering Infrastructure and software development.
