As an Information Technology Receptionist, I served as the first point of contact for clients and students, providing exemplary customer service, and efficiently managing the front desk operations. I demonstrated proficiency in handling incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Additionally, I managed administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and assisting students with their network accounts. Leveraging my strong organizational skills, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of information within the IT department. I consistently maintained a professional demeanor while effectively multitasking, contributing to the overall efficiency and positive image of the IT office, Science & Technology Center.

As a Technology Data Research Intern, I collected, cleaned, and processed extensive datasets to uncover critical insights that informed data-driven decision-making. I developed and implemented interactive data visualization dashboards to clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, I contributed to the design of research methodologies, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency in data handling. I presented research results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, directly supporting organizational initiatives and product development.

As a suicide prevention hotline counselor for 988, my primary duties involved providing immediate, compassionate support to callers in crisis. I actively listened to individuals dealing with suicidal thoughts, mental health challenges, or emotional distress, helping them feel heard and understood. Using de-escalation techniques, I worked to stabilize their emotions and provide a safe, non-judgmental space. I also assessed the severity of each situation to determine appropriate next steps, such as guiding callers to additional resources, making referrals, or, when necessary, dispatching emergency services. Additionally, I filed and organized classified paperwork and reports for each client, ensuring that all documentation was handled securely and accurately. Through my role, I played a critical part in offering hope, support, and essential intervention to those in need.
