• Currently responsibilities in the NOC on all access products. This includes maintenance and troubleshooting of IPVPN, ATM/Frame, DSL, and DIA IP circuits on Cisco and Juniper routers. Also including is the coordination of the repair on last mile of circuits (DS0, DS1 and DS3, and Ethernet). Work on routing issues related to OSPF, BGP, OSPF, MPLS tunnels and RIP. Other positions Lead Network Access Specialist team of a technical personal working in the NOC. Also worked as Customer Product Repair Center leading a team of technical personal who received inbound calls from customers. Made technical decisions to repair and route network issues to the proper departments. Responsibilities included DNS, circuit, and routing issues on IP network using CISCO and Juniper routers. As a technician with the DSL team worked with customers and preferred partners to maintain, troubleshoot and repair all DSL circuit issues for Global Crossing. As an ATM/Frame Technician assisted a transition team which moved the ATM/Frame department from Detroit to Phoenix. Responsibilities included handling customer issues related on lucent switches. Also worked on DACS through CENTEST and other products.
