As an Intern in a private sector of customer service I faced multiple challenges, in environment transitions along with people. However this did not stop me from succeeding in my responsibilities as a customer care intern. I adapted on the spot and over time, learned how to feel the air, and read people. With time I was also assigned bigger responsibilities besides just customer service, some of these responsibilities were data entry and inventory management, team research and analysis for projects, coordinated communication and teamwork for a consistent workflow, quality checks in the environment for employees work environment and customer experience and even heavy lifting.
