Dedicated to my customers, I have always enjoyed helping My customer's resolve any issues within my capabilitys, while with AVIS/Budget retal cars, I would strive to be the best Acheiving SuperStar status as a car rental booking agent, I maintained 115% of reservations booked being picked up, and moved the Customer care side after 5 yrs in reservations Department, I sadly left the company after getting Married and moving in December 2008, with1 month shy of 10yrs, and started with AT&T in August of 2009, hold positions of Consumer Care Representative, with 4 months in Apple Techinical support, and transitioning to Business Care, during my time her I have completed 1yr in the stepping up to managment training, and was with AT&T 11 yrs, 11months and two weeks, I have been with RCB Bank since 1/24/2022, and I love my job but the commute is getting old and would like something with not so much travel time
I take in bound calls, and answer question about bank accounts checking, savings and loans, as to balance , payments incoming or outgoing, credit card issues, lost, stolen or fraudulent transactions, help for online, logging in setting up electronic statements, transfers between accounts, emailing documents, reaching out to bank branches for help, and much more.
