Accomplishments

I am the mom of a 35 year old autistic son, non verbal for 8 years. He suffered from ADHD, depression, anxiety and behavioral issues.

When he was younger he was a major challenge we did all kinds of therapy and behavioral seminars. Now je is successful and married.

while I was subbing for the district I was hired by Sue McGuire to work one on one with a extremely violent 5 year old boy whom had caused physical harm to other students when I took this position on he and I were no more than 6-8 inches apart to be able to control a issue by the end of the year we communicated through eye contact only.

I also mentor a 10 year old girls with several behavioral issues including physical violence, pathological lying, stealing, inappropriate behaviors and safety issues.
