This Project I had to take over mid Project during the Covid Epidemic to Completion due to the Superintendent that was onsite lost confidence of the Leadership

Start 2020 finished 2021
40000 Square Foot Building With all Exterior finishes and Interior Fire Walls. This Project included Complete Infrastructure with underground utilities and several Grease Traps in Concrete service area in the rear of the building. We worked closely with Greater Naples Fire to complete this project.

2021 to 2022
12000 Square Feet of White Shell Building With Firewalls. Two Separate Buildings with corresponding permits No Infrastructure or Utilities all done by Developer
The Plaza at Founders Square

7000 Square Feet of White Box and Firewalls. With complete Infrastructure and Utilities This was an unusual job for me due to I had to build the building side by side with PBS which was building an Ace Hardware adjacent to ours and I had to Tie all our infrastructure to that building.

4000 Square Feet Retofit
This was a Partial Demo and complete Retrofit In the Mercado of Naples with High end Wood Finishes and Full 60 foot serpentine Bar. With Specilizd Lighting and 4 Chan Control System.
