I have an amount of customer service skills that only experienced retail employees could offer. I've dealt with tons of people and problems in my time at Ross and I can confidently say that I have resilience towards customers problems. Im 17 turning 18 in April and have a fairly open schedule but fluctuates at times and I would say that would be one of my flaws as an employee. I should also mention that if you were to hire me I would be hungry to work because I haven't has a job since october and I need the money. But let me clarify that even though I really need the money my drive to work wont decline when I do get money because that's just my personality. My mom has tried to stop me from going to work even when I was sick but It was never enough to stop me. I would be a great part of any team because Im very personable and try to be respectful to all.
