1.Supervised correctional officers by monitoring and providing support during shifts.

2.Ensuring the safety and security of staff, inmates, visitors and civilian employees

3.Enforcement of rules and regulations, and compliance of departmental Policies and Procedures

4.Conducting inspections of housing Units, cells, and equipment

5. Coordinate/assist with cell extractions, searches, disturbances, medical emergencies and transportations.

6. Ensuring that all documentation is done and submitted before the end of the shift
