Responsible for accurately picking items from the warehouse to fulfill orders requested by stores or other customers, reporting to the Distribution Area Manager.

-Locate and select specific items from warehouse shelves or storage areas based on order requests.

-Ensure that the correct items and quantities are selected to avoid errors in shipments.

-Work efficiently to meet production targets and maintain a smooth flow of orders.

-Pick up and use necessary equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners, fork lifts) at the designated area.

-Using fork lift to pick up pallets in narrow aisles

-Safely use equipment while others use fork lifts and Barrett’s to keep a safe workflow

-Picking up 50+ pounds of merchandise

-Wrapping pallets after being built

-Making sure pallets are secure and put back at the right designated location

Assisting customers, handling cash transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment, with specific roles like sales associate and having unique responsibilities. -Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise -Help customers make informed purchases by providing product information and suggesting add-on sales -Keep the sales floor stocked, clean, and organized - Check and retrieve merchandise from storage areas
