  • This was ground-breaking work, because the ATS (Association of Theological Schools in the U.S. and Canada) has never accredited a Ph.D. program in theology that was not fully residential.
  • Developed a model of instruction for a contextual Ph.D. program, which combined asynchronous online and intensive short-time face-to-face instruction.
  • Developed a program portfolio for the Ph.D. program, meeting the most current educational requirements and prepared the course descriptions and learning objects of all Ph.D. courses in their initial phases.
