I have been provider/manager with Wellspring AFH CORP from June 2018 to date .I manage team of employees/caregivers and ensure safety of residents. I develop and implemented policies that promoted efficiencies of employees and safety of residents especially during tough time of COVID-19. In AFH( Adult Family home) never had any of resident hospitalized for COVID-19. I work closely with department of health both local and state, to ensure that home keeps up with guideline, policies and advisories matters health. This has enable us to reduce chances of claims to zero(0) as have never had any insurance claim for six( 6) year have been in operation.
