Project Manager duties at 2 Stone:

Setting up projects, one calls, scheduling line crossing with line reps. Working with the crews from hauling equipment to and from job sites. Locating pilots for bores, digging bell holes, hauling water, managing the cleaning system and running the drill rig. Ensuring all paperwork is filled out correctly, JSA, Bell hole reports and hot work permits. I shoot in every bore with GPS survey equipment and provide bore profiles and as-builts.

As a Estimator I bid and looked for future work.

During my time of working for Barrilleaux as a Superintendent I have run crews up to about 95 people: I always try to make sure my crews work safely and effectively while always doing my best to work with them on getting the job done.

• Working on making sure my Foreman's are keeping their logs up to date
• Equipment is up to date on maintenance
• Reports and time sheets are complete and turned in
• Making sure Bore Profiles are completed and done in a timely manner.

• Established successful procedures for day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
• Conducted regular site inspections to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
