I was responsible for managing most of the IT operations at a school assigned to me by my supervisor. I was assigned to Austin Road Middle school. My duties included but weren't limited to troubleshooting issues with apps used by the school system, managing and assigning devices to students and teachers, overseeing hardware repair, completing tickets submitted by staff and students. I even chose to work with Virtucom's hardware deployment team during one of the school breaks. During this time I worked with a group to set up computers and monitors on a massive scale.
